Went to Avery Island today! Yes I tried an abundance of hot sauces. Didn't have a chance to do the tour but got a bottle of habanero and a bottle of scorpion. I live in Louisiana so I will do the tour when I'm with s spice lover
Funnily, plain tabasco has never been my absolute favorite hot sauce but you better believe I was drinking it (I'm growing more partial to it as years go by)
I added some bonus pics from Avery Island and da Berry (New Iberia) including a camper on stilts, some sugar cane and an alligator wearing some very festive….water foliage. Multiple gators and turtles were decked out
10/10 day, spent as much time eating hot sauce as driving the island
