This looks wow! Nice work maybe let it rest a bit more to reduce the juices running.

    I wouldn’t feed that to a dog.

Edit: The downvoters apparently did not understand the OP’s request. Not my fault for the problems with reading comprehension these days.

Don’t cut on the serving plate, you can save some juice to drizzle but this always looks unprofessional.

Hey, girls like steak too. I like mine a little less rare. Did you let it rest covered for five minutes?

You clearly are a person with such a high-level of insecurity that you are being self deprecating, even when you make something that is clearly really good. I recommend therapy.

You didn’t let it rest long enough before slicing it. You monster!

Maybe try get some weight on it while cooking. The sear looks decent but maybe a little uneven in places. All around I’d devour that steak though. Good job 👍

I don’t think even this group could come up with criticism without on that.

Just a lil rest, otherwise, sexy 😃

Cook looks good but you didn’t let your steak rest before cutting into it, why you have all that juice on the plate

No mash potatoes to soak the juices, shame on you

Look how thick that grey band is. Terrible. Give it to me.

Only problem I got is that you said you cooked it on a workhorse 1975 which would mean it’s is not 3/16″ thick it is 3/8″ thick. Huge difference. Also not stainless. I’m not sure how you didnt notice it’s not shiny.. does this mean you don’t season the outside of your smoker? Also. I also have a 1975 and that steak looks great. Do you mind telling me how and what part of the grill you cooked it on is love to replicate it.

I sat here thinking “Who has mirrored dinner plates?” for about 15 seconds.
