I own a breakfast restaurant in Connecticut and this is what I offer my guests. Any recommendations or thoughts?

It’s cute, but respectable. I recommend venom from old st Augustine gourmet. Not the hottest but there’s a nice kick and its flavor is phenomenal. Hands down my favorite hot sauce.

Franks and if you serve any tomato drinks like bloody Marys OG tobasco is a must.

This is an excellent collection for a restaurant. Not a ridiculous amount of sauces, but anyone can find something that works for them. I’d be stoked about this selection, seriously.

I’d be coming here just to sample all the sauces before I buy them for my home
