
Leftover Indian spiced tomato lentil soup, pasture raised egg simmered in olive oil, half a forgotten avocado, sourdough, & some of the fruit my toddler hasn’t eaten yet
I found this lovely fusion recipe on Instagram. I skipped the tarka and grilled cheese in the recipe below and served with naan and roasted veggies for a dinner this week then decided to use up the leftovers for breakfast. Next time I’ll definitely give the lentils a pre-soak
