This made me laugh so hard when I drove past. Had to circle back and get a pic. Support if you can!

Shouldn’t their business have insurance for the building?

Looks like the uninsured driver drives a BMW? If the images from the GoFundMe are good enough evidence. Insane they can afford a BMW but not be insured? Blood boiling.
Even if they have insurance, claims like this can take months and the deductible plus lost business still hurts. Small spots like this really feel it. Definitely stopping by soon.

This happened over a month ago. I saw the car in the shop when I drove by at night. This is my favorite place for hot dogs in the city. Actually, it’s kinda taken a toll on me.

So Quick Bite is advertising that it doesn’t carry property insurance…. got it

I miss this place, I live nearby and I loved stopping by here on the way back from Dark Tower Comics down the street. I donated a bit to the GoFundMe. I hope they can recover.

They were still closed when I saw the sign a few weeks ago.

I drove by this accident probably minutes after it happened and it was gnarly. Half the car was fully in the shop window, it must have taken down lampposts and other fixtures on the way. From the angle, the driver looked like they were heading southbound on Western so it’s implied that they crossed multiple lanes of oncoming traffic to crash into the shop the way they did. I feel really bad for this small shop.
