Hello friends! Today I’m sharing a very simple and incredibly delicious recipe! Eggplant pesto pasta with parsley, anchovies, and pine nuts is a delicious and easy-to-make first course. – 1 eggplant
– 25 g (1 oz) of anchovy fillets

  1. I love new ideas for eggplant. It is delicious and nutritious. Every recipe can be modified to meet your own taste. If you don't like anchovies, don't use them. As an Italian, I grew up eating foods that included anchovies. They can be used in a small amount to add flavor and not overwhelm the dish. I sometimes use them in different dishes, and nobody even knows.

  2. To do this recipe you have to undercook the pasta a couple of minutes and then you put it in the pan. This is called "arrisottare la pasta". If it starts to get dry, you add a little of the water from cooking the pasta, like he did.

  6. He's a very handsome man but you only see him at the end so watch at ×2 otherwise it's too slow, and without sound , the spoon scrapping is really annoying… that said i will try this dish it looks as delicious as the chef
