    I gotta try this. I usually find Alfredo kinda bland and the stuff from a jar always has this weird almost metallic taste. Cajun spice always elevates it for me and shrimp is great.

    I have to ask thought. Why leave the tails on? Seems like a annoying pain while eating to have to cut/pull them off.

    Unpopular Opinion:
    Remove shrimp tails before cooking/plating. No one wants to pick up saucy wet shrimp to get the tail off.

    Otherwise, a beautiful meal, nice job!!
