Creamy Onion Beef Ciabatta Sandwich

Ingredients:
• Thinly sliced beef
• Ciabatta bread rolls
• Butter (softened)
• Olive oil
• 1–2 onions, thinly sliced
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Paprika
• Sweet chili sauce
• A splash of half & half or heavy cream
• Fresh arugula
• Mozzarella cheese slices

Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
2. Add sliced onions and sauté until soft and fragrant.
3. Season the onions with salt and black pepper.
4. Add a little sweet chili sauce and stir well.
5. When the onions are nearly done, add a splash of cream and stir until creamy. Remove from heat.
6. In another skillet, heat olive oil and add the thinly sliced beef.
7. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
8. Cook the beef until nicely browned but still juicy. Remove from heat.
9. Slice the ciabatta rolls horizontally.
10. Spread butter on both the top and bottom halves of each roll.
11. Place two slices of mozzarella cheese on the bottom half.
12. Toast the ciabatta in a skillet, oven, or toaster oven until golden and the cheese is melted.
13. Add fresh arugula on top of the melted cheese.
14. Top with the cooked beef slices.
15. Spoon the creamy onions over the beef.
16. Close the sandwich with the top half of the ciabatta roll.
