Blue Atlas.

My favorites were the Sweet Potato Phyllo (#1) and Bavarian Burger (#2). It was a close tie.

My least favorite was the Pot Pie. It was very bland compared to everything else that had so much flavor.

  1. Ew, the caption format is so ugly and I can’t edit.

Recognized Blue Atlas immediately 🙂 We went to the same takeover event and loved it. My favorite place to take my in-laws to, too.

Sounds like fun, but that menu is a hot mess. There is nothing tying the menu items together. It looks like a sampler platter, without a cohesive flavor profile. Having flavors that flow well from one dish to the next improves the overall eating experience. Those flavors seem like they would create a confusing experience for your senses. It makes sense that the pot pie fell flat amongst those other foods.
