This actually comes from my country and yes it’s delicious, it’s called uchek-bo (rough translation meaning old cow), the cheese is fermented underground for up to 2 years ensuring it’s kept in a cool, dark, dry place, after its first year a harmless blue mold is introduced which is taken from the fruit skins of lemons and brushed all over the cheese and allowed to colonise and spread, the introduction of the mold actually protects the uchek-bo from harmful bacteria establishing but don’t let this distract you from the fact that in 1998, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer’s table.
