Idk what they are but they don’t seem to be any sort of Capsicum species :/

It looks more like nightshade or maybe a type of tomato from the way the flowers are branching off and the way the stems look kinda vine-like. Do you have other angles of the plant or pics of the seed?

That looks kinda like a ground cover called Horseherb…Calyptocarpus vialis. It is absolutely NOT a Carolina Reaper.

Something in the mint family is my guess
