375ml bottle of 2005 D’Yquem. My favorite vintage of my favorite dessert wine.
Honey, marmalade, relatively light for a D’Yquem. A perfect wine if there ever were such a thing.
I have two 750ml bottles of this in the wine fridge, but can never find an opportunity to open such a large format (for a dessert wine). Traveling for the holidays and found this at a local wine store, so I jumped on the opportunity.
