
2 eggs, 140g flour, 200ml milk.
Put in fridge, was cold when went in.
Beef dripping used in tins, heated at 180 (thought it was 200, made a mistake) for 15 mins.
Put in, then done for 20 mins.
I tried it twice, one half filling the tins and second part filling both like this.
Just the temp issue maybe? It was a different oven to usual.
