I make curry all the time. Never seen squash and brocolli in curry before though.
I just use potato, carrot, onions, and protein of choice.

Grew up with it. Was always one of my favorite meals as a child.

There’s no such thing as Korean curry. It’s just Japanese curry with some none conventional ingredients.

I grew up on the Korean curry, which is a lighter yellowy color. As a parent myself now, I make it with unconventional ingredients like green beans and broccoli to amp up the nutrition. Honestly curry can make a old shoe taste good, it’s the best vessel

This sustained me through med school. Made a pot on Sunday and it would last me the whole week. Grew up w it as a child of Korean immigrants in the ‘70s.

Ottogi brand vs S&B/House curry?
Basically the same, but Ottogi is Korean. House is better.

FYI, Korean curry is actually closer to Aloo Masala or Sambar than Japanese curry. It’s got a different vibe. Most of my Japanese friends can’t really get into it though haha.
