“OG” Chopped cheese from blue sky deli (Hajji’s).

I’ve heard from a few people this is THE home of the OG chopped cheese 110/1st ave. Maybe it is or maybe not but since being a big fan of the sandwich I had to try it. They didn’t serve it on a roll as you can see. It’s like a seeded flatbread pressed like a panini. The meat was nicely seasoned and I added chipotle mayo to the mix. A bit more meat would be great but it was definitely good. The best? No but worth a try if you’re in the area!
