
. For background I’m a trained barista no problem getting micro foam on à la marzocco but somthing about this steamer is making it so difficult. I’ve tried correcting my technique and I can’t steam milk without it frothing way too much. Not sure if it’s me or the machine. I can see a vortex form but the milk foams over it’s so strange. Even when I started as a barista it would never foam over that much with bad technique. The machine is a nuova simonelli
