    Those look yummy! If you want to make these “Thanksgiving-ish” or “Winter holidays-themed,” try adding a couple Tbsp of rosemarry to the recipe. I recently made Claire Saffitz’s sweet potato roll recipe for a couple of holiday events, and the rosemarry addition was a BIG hit.     I’ve been trying rolls for a bit. How big are your dough balls? I’ve tried 90 and 50 grams so far. But im not super happy with either.

    I get asked for focaccia for every family get-together.

    I now get asked for focaccia at work get-togethers too. Although my Chinese manager just asks for “white people bread”. She loves it.

  15. Hahah me too. And they’re these “parker house rolls” that are kind of a pain in the butt to make, rolling out semirisen dough into a 8×12″ square is… not a shape dough Likes to do.
