Why do you use whole chickens? Cost?
Honestly.. I’ve never seen anyone use rosemary basil, thyme and carrots in their broth for gumbo. Never! But there’s a first time for everything. Also never put okra in my gumbo.. hate it. It’s too slimy. I also only use tomato sauce.. no canned tomatoes. Everything else looked great. I have a suggestion.. editing. Some of the content is tedious.. aka picking the meat off of two huge chickens. I’m thinking you get paid more for more content.. just guessing but some content is tedious

I know it’s delicious but you don’t put tomatoes in gumbo and the roux not dark enough and some of the seasonings you don’t put in there,it’s a soup not gumbo so please don’t come for me like I said I know it’s delicious because it looks like she can cook.
