what are some New Years inspired flavors? im a cottage baker who supplies macarons for a small store in my town, and wanting to add a new years flavor. i thought champagne but im not allowed to add alcohol in my state unless i have a commercial kitchen so im stumped. TIA🫶🏼

Could you use nonalcoholic champagne?
I’m not sure why but I think cinnamon pear is a very late holidays/new years flavor… anyone else?
LorAnn’s sparkling wine flavoring is a choice for sure if you’re willing to go with artificial flavorings. Might be fun to do a ring of ganache/buttercream and put some pop rocks in the middle, too.
