Oh I like this! The spice sounds lovely. But that basket is very nice. Where is it from?
What was your dome temp?
Spray basket with oil to help with cleaning afterwards
For the wing pros here, how do you know when they are done?
I love seeing these. I have the basket but haven’t tried it out yet. Always looking for good rubs or techniques. Thanks for the share.
