Texture: Medium-small fish (6); firm, moist; easy to break but also hold well to a fork; well cleaned
Flavour: Clean; reasonable salt; I’m starting to question if the Portuguese know what ‘spice’ means or if it’s a rampant mistranslation

I love this can but also believe there is inconsistency in heat level. I had their new iconic sardine brand in spicy olive oil and it was surprisingly hot.
Love this brand. That looks good!
I love these! I 100% do put some herbs, fresh chillies and/or flakes on them every time though, there’s nothing spicY or spicED about them.
