This was honestly a super, super delicious burger.
The lettuce and little cherry tomatoes are very fresh. Just look at that photo of the lettuce!! I never had cherry tomatoes burger veggies before, but they're good.
The bacon was perfectly crispy and melted into the white cheddar cheese.
The real star of the show is the patty, though. A big beefy party with beautiful cross hatch grill marks, and beefy beefy flavor. No singed oil flavor like you get at other places.
The aioli sauce for the burger I feel might be a love or hate thing. When you dine in, they apply a TON of sauce, and it kinda drowns out the other flavors.
When you order to go, they give you a little cup, and I only use half of it. Much better balance.
The pile of fries are also top tier. Excellent crispy outside, and fluffy insides. They also offer an "extra crispy" option when ordering, but these are perfect as is.
I don't know what ketchup they're using, but it kinda sucks. Not vinegary enough.
