    I make mine with over easy eggs so I can dip the scrapple in the yolk. Yours looks great too though!!

    Scrapple is great! Last time I was in Delaware, I got it for brekkie and asked the server, ‘I know it’s pork, but what’s really in scrapple?’
    She replied, ‘cornmeal and everything but the oink.’

    scrapple is so amazing man it was like a treat to us as kids….its so crazy now im an adult and can eat it whenever but forget that i have that option haha
