I would say that when your set up looks like an actual bakery, it is just as impressive and pretty as what everyone else is posting. What an impressive amount of work!!!! It made me smile.

Comparison is the theif of happiness! Maybe some have done more, but more than most have not done half as much or have it look nearly as amazing as yours. I bet it all tasted as good as it looked – be proud of what you did!

Really great form, thickness and texture on all of them. Looks very professional. Do you have more than one oven or just assembly line them?

Selections are pretty, and delicious. Excellent job. Next year, you can plan it early. Then buy the ingredients that are on sale throughout the year. Bake them starting ASAP for sugar cut out cookies, drop cookies. But freezing them by scooping them. Store them in cookie containers. I use these – https://a.co/d/2KEDb2T Occasionally, when I had emergency orders. I order some chocolate chips from Guittard. I just need to pick up at their office in Burlingame. For flour, sugars, eggs and baking supplies. I go to Restaurant Depot and Costco Business Center. If you have a network of friends as pastry chefs, restauranteurs. They’ll give you tips where they go. Good luck next year!

I’m not gonna lie, when I started swiping through the photos, I was in awe of how gorgeous each and every one of these were! Almost made me emotional. You can tell love was put into these! Happy holidays!
