Smoked at 230-240 degrees for about 60 minutes till the internal temperature reach around 150 +/-. Short and hot searing in a cast iron pan after that and serving with a slice of cheddar cheese.

I do 80/20 burgers on my Treager and absolutely love them. Light dusting of season salt and garlic powder, make the patties, smoker set at 225 and cook to interal temp of 145.

Wood burner did its job keeping that hemoglobin stable and showcasing how fresh those beef patties are. Wow!

Love this prep. Also works with meatballs.

Iβve had smoked burgers exactly twice in my life and has ruined me forever because most donβt smoke them and thereβs no where to get them

There was a restaurant in MO that did smoke burgers and then would flash fry them for serving. So good.

I can friggin’ taste it…..had these so many times as a kid, but hardly anyone makes a burger this way. I just got my husband a smoker for our anniversary and this is going to be my first request, yummmmm

YES!! The best way to make a burger!

If you want to get crazy with it, smoke them to your desired temp, then freeze them in packs of however many you need for a meal. Thaw them out day of, throw on grill or skillet to reheat, and they still taste amazing.
