  2. I had a very similar meal last night but with homemade French onion soup as the au jus, and a horseradish mayo sauce on the sourdough.

    I thinly sliced the leftover prime rib, and heated it up in the soup so it was nice and juicy. My favorite Christmas leftovers meal.

  3. I have a chunk of prime rib in the fridge destined for this. My dilemma is always getting the meat thin enough. My knives are really sharp. Will tackle shortly!
