Made royal icing for the first time this year. I’m always super critical of my own work and don’t love how they turned out, but I’m not sure where and how to improve. Thanks in advance!

These look absolutely fantastic! Incredible for your first time.
So, I recommend having one big bowl of your royal icing. Then, take out icing and color it as needed in smaller bowls. ALWAYS cover your icing bowls with damp paper towels when not in use.. this prevents them from hardening! A spray bottle is really handy to keep the icing the consistency you need. Over mixing the icing can make it thicker, and gel coloring also thickens. So just keep this in mind. You did great!
