Garlic and shallots in oil with the tomatoes until they pop. Peel skins, crush and mix together with shallots and garlic. Let simmer for a bit. Add your spices, stir, simmer a bit longer. Then added in my cooked pasta and chicken. So good.

    Oh sorry I added heavy cream at the end too. Maybe 1/3 of a cup.
