from what i could tell, it had grilled chicken, bell peppers, tomato, green, and a shit tone of sauce.

tbh, 1000 feels a little high. maybe 600-800 max? depends on what sauce was used

may be a little less especially depending on the base of the sauce, like if its more acidic its definitely less if its mayo based it’s most likely 1000
