I was…..so underwhelmed by this and it frankly might be one of my least favorite ramen dishes I've had over a cumulative 6 months spent traveling in Japan.
I was so excited for this ramen and so disappointed! The broth tasted like it had 0 salt, bordering on no flavor, and the lobster was overly salted to the point that it was difficult to enjoy. Noodles were not memorable.
Wontons and chashu were tasty.
Ordered a drink and a side of cheesy risotto. The risotto was much better than the ramen.
Total cost was somewhere between ¥80-90k which would have been more than worth it had this…..actually been good 😢
A few people around me ordered the creamy style ramen, which maybe is better than their standard?
Has anyone else tried Ebimaru and felt differently?

I’m sorry but this cost 90,000 yen and it wasn’t even good? They couldn’t even get the broth right or salt the lobster appropriately?
I think you should have seriously expressed your dissatisfaction for nearly $500, that’d be a ridiculous price if it were good
This bowl even looks disappointing ;/
Yes I’ve been here. I love it.
looks so good. where in japan 🇯🇵
🤮
That looks underwhelming and disappointing, and like somebody just tossed a bunch of things that independently taste good into a bowl together that they don’t belong in together.
It’s kind of like the posts where people put instant ramen into a pot and cover it with vegetables and sliced steak and shrimp and eggs and ground beef and pork slices and corn and cornichon and sliced fish cake and bean sprouts and mushrooms?
I think you get my point, but probably you don’t.
