    Is this a steak grinder?  Or would you call it by a different name.  There is a restaurant that sells 8-16 in sandwiches with a similar bread. They call their sandwiches grinders.   The restaurants names are mancinos/belicinos. They are like sister restaurants, opened by the same families, they use the same menus and recipes, but they have different names but are somehow linked together.
