Update: Loving the comments. This is my first go at making roast spuds in an air fryer, part of a wider test to cook a Christmas dinner for family of 4 in an Air Fryer. We’re away over Christmas at CenterParcs, so with my trusty AF I’m gonna make a full on Christmas lunch. Cheers.
