First time ever making a dough of any kind. Saw a post earlier and i was sold. Went for it, and the result was amazing!

    As someone who makes Stromboli frequently, well done. Looks gorgeous and yummy.

    One thing I’ve started doing that makes a big difference is to use garlic butter to brush the dough before adding fillings and also to brush the outside. Adds a nice, subtle flavour and works better (for me at least) than the normal egg wash for the crust.

    I’m gonna try making one tomorrow for my family Christmas. What did you brush your crust with? And at what temp and for how long did you bake it?
