Papa Vito’s is opening a brand-new location at 203 Crockett Blvd. on Merritt Island, taking over the former Straight Outta Philly spot.

Guests can expect a quaint space with 25 seats, takeout and delivery with Papa Vito’s signature pizzas and classic Italian comfort food to arrive in March 2026.

Meanwhile, the original family owned and operated Papa Vito’s Italian Restaurant at 6200 N. Atlantic Ave., in Cape Canaveral, continues to thrive as a local favorite.

Known for its handmade dough and sauces prepared fresh each morning, Papa Vito’s earned their reputation serving Italian‑American classics—from strombolis and garlic knots to hearty pasta, salads and giant pizzas.

More about the owner

Papa Vito’s owner Billy Graham shared with FLORIDA TODAY that staying busy has become his focus after the heartbreaking loss of his wife, Shiloh Edelman.

The couple were deeply rooted in the community, often lending their time and resources to local fundraisers and charitable causes.

Determined to honor her legacy, Graham continues to grow the Papa Vito’s brand while giving back. Most recently, he organized a successful holiday toy drive in Shiloh’s memory, donating toys and proceeds from T-shirt sales to support Grandparents Raising Grandchildren of Brevard.
