I’ve never had that brand but it looks phenomenal.

This brand is amazing! We’ve had their salmon as well, but I remember being especially impressed by the trout.

  3. Sometimes with canned fish, you just get a lump of mush. But look at that. Look how flaky.

Just picked up 2 tins in an order from the TFM. Looking forward to it.

This is the tin that started my decent into madness… in the best way possible

I don’t know man. They use rapeseed oil to fill all their tins. Rapeseed oil. Pour that on a spoon and take a sip. Nasty. I tried their brand once and never again. Top-notch olive oil is the only way to go. Charge extra. I pay.

I have this exact tin on order from RTG. Can’t wait

Wow looks great! But keep in mind that rainbow trout are invasive in Europe so I would keep it at a minimum

not even able to order fangs these days. Fangst is top.

  11. Looks delicious but I’ve never had trout! Is it more of a milder fish compared to sardines?

Smoked trout has become my personal quest

I didn’t love this, it was too smokey and ambiguous for me. I do generally enjoy the brand, though!

Now I see why all the people claimed fishwife was paying people… it’s because the accusers were being paid by another brand like this one.

Why does nearly every person promoting it have hidden comments? 🤔

How is something that looks so generic get hyped as THE BEST OF ALL TIME! 🤔

    This sub is so bizarre.

Great to hear that, I just gifted this tin to a family member even though I had never tried it

  16. One thing I’ve noticed about this brand is some of their tins have easily 2x the salt of other brands I also like. Just something to watch. Like I was just looking at a can of their brisling no 4 and it has 1.4g salt in 100g… compared to say fishwife smoked mackerel (105g) with 0.62g or clover leaf brisling sardines (106g) with 0.3g salt.
