Looks great 10/10. What did you use for rub/seasoning?

You cooked with the bone on didn’t you? The bottom is less cooked than other areas.

Perfect. I’ll take the bones and make some beef barley soup

Looks delicious, unfortunately at my house my wife would tell me its raw and inedible 🤣

Please invite me and my wife over next time you do this. We’ll bring the garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, green beans, biscuits, a pie and drink of your choice! That looks amazing!

  7. That cross-section makes me think of the most beautiful wood table I ever saw. The veneer, I mean. I bet if they used resin, they could make, like, a meat table. A table made out of meat.

Kenji has the simplest and best method for prime rib: lowest temp your oven goes until the meat gets to temp, pull and rest 30+ minutes, highest temp your oven goes for 10 minutes, done.
