Two new varieties – one good the other great.

The great – Campenchano with Chicharrón bits. Taste was excellent and that crunch to the texture… wow.

The good (but well worth it) was sirloin on Harina with bone marrow. Obvs rich (Rico), and while not my fav the harina was a nice balance to the fattiness of the bone marrow and it was something totally different for me.
