I’ve gotten this Dirty Dorito sandwich at Rosie’s Sidekick Sandwich Shop in Logan Square – Chicago! It’s the same simple concept, and SOOOOOO good!!

The best sandwich I’ve ever eaten was one I made last year for work, right around Thanksgiving.
Just deli style ham (black forest, I believe), lettuce, Swiss, mustard, and mayonnaise all in the perfect ratio.
I made such a big deal about it that my coworkers occasionally ask if I’ve successfully made a sandwich as good since (I haven’t but I got close a few weeks ago).
