Whether you’re cooking for your family, meal prepping for the week, or just want a simple yet impressive pasta dish, this baked feta pasta hits all the right notes. Ingredients:
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 shallot, thinly sliced
• 8oz block of feta cheese
• 12oz pasta of your choice
• 2 pints grape tomatoes (cherry tomatoes work too)
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
• Italian seasoning

How to Make Baked Feta Pasta:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Crush 3 cloves of garlic and set aside.

3. Slice the shallot into 1/8 pieces and combine with garlic.

4. Spread your tomatoes evenly in a baking pan.

5. Evenly distribute the garlic and shallots over the tomatoes.

6. Drizzle generously with olive oil.

7. Sprinkle 2 pinches of salt over the dish.

8. Add red pepper flakes to your desired spice level.

9. Place the block of feta in the center of the dish and drizzle a little olive oil on top.

10. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the whole pan.

11. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 40 minutes.

12. While baking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook your pasta. Save ½ cup of the pasta water before draining.

13. Once baked, remove the dish from the oven.

14. Add the cooked pasta to the baking pan and mix thoroughly.

15. Stir in the reserved pasta water to help create a creamy sauce.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

    It's really a 1 POT 🍲 pasta recipe
    Get a pot add water 4 cup add 4 tomatoes the yummy ones medium sized then garlic cut up thinly sliced a full head if u like it or 4 cloves add then season salt pepper chilli flakes for umami and depth chicken bouillon cube or just use stock instead of water drop the eggs and don't mix aggressively don't even try add pasta cover it wait for to cook fix occasionally and keep the heat low so it don't burn then yummm it was so good at that time
