Texture: Medium fish (4); moist, firm but slightly flaky to fork; no scales but some dorsal fins and entrails; significant areas of missing skin
Flavour: Light but detectable warm spice in the oil; reasonable salt; clean
Overall I had higher expectations for this brand, this is my first but it is hyped up. My favourite tin of sardines so far but by a minimal margin and only because it had a hint of added flavour; Jose Gourmet which I had two days ago (spiced small sardines) had better quality fish in my opinion.

The quality is great but I didnt love the favor personally. But the spiced tomato is my jam.
Love this brand. U rlly can’t beat it for the price and great quality. I highly recommend their sardines in tomato sauce! One of my fav tins:)
So the deal is Nuri is the best you can get in most of the US without mail order. So it’s a lot of people’s favorite. It’s not as good as Jose Gourmet.

I love the cloves spice in that tin!
