I feel like I would want this as two different simpler baguette sandwiches to let the bread and butter shine. One with butter, Serrano, and arugula very lightly dressed in olive oil, salt and pepper. The other one would be the butter, mature cheddar, and very thinly sliced red onion.

OP, I don’t usually comment on sandwiches in here but this sandwich looks amazing. I’m particularly drawn to the bread. Not sure how I feel about the cheddar with the prosciutto but something about you shredding it made me want to try it.
