

just the perfect amount of sweetness, not overwhelmingly sugary like you would expect a caramel ice cream to be. and lots of almond pieces throughout the ice cream which add a nice crunchy texture and a toasty nuttiness. instead of a caramel 'ribbon' or 'swirl' of caramel, the base of the ice cream itself is caramel flavoured. the only thing i would change is adding a dash of salt because i love a salted caramel flavour. 7.8/10
