My son had already bought a pizza stone for me for Christmas before I even purchased the 26(have 22 Performer for years) so I assembled the new grill yesterday and made my first attempt at cheese pizza. Could have likely used 50-75 more degrees(getting used to fuel requirements for 26🤷🏼‍♂️) – room for improvement in my pizza making but didn’t burn them and very tasty!

    Looks good. Enjoy!

My wife and I have done a couple pizzas on the kettle. Make sure that stone is ripping hot before you put the pizza on it. Give it a few rotations and you’ll get a nice crispy crust.

Everything new has a learning curve. Not bad for your first try. You’ll be a pro in no time 😊!!
