Your light is too far away, plants are getting stringy trying to reach for the light. You also need a fan in there to simulate wind so the plants have a reason to grow thick, strong stems.
Also your little weed plant in there is looking stringy too. I don’t recommend growing weed from seed even if you get feminized seeds. The genetic alleles are random so you will probably end up with a sub ideal plant. Find someone who grows and buy clones from them.

What are you feeding the tomato with?
Is that irganic potting soil?
