    My 26 is looking on in envy. That’s making good use of all of that real estate!

    Do you have something to block radiation heat transfer to the closest loins? On my 26 and 22s I use thin (1 1/2″ thick) firebrick which works well.

    Jesus Christ I want a Ranch kettle so bad, even though I have zero use (or space) for it. Plus you’ve got a smoke colored Master Touch in the background.

    I’ve always wondered how well the Ranch’s smoke without a rotatable lid vent? It would seem that they would have the smoke profile of a Kamado as opposed to a Kettle in that regard. Still smokier than a pellet but if I really want smoke I’ll use my WSM over my WSK. OP, I see your kettle in the back, do you notice any difference in the smoke level from 22″ to Ranch?
