    Great stuff, but “pate” is a bit of a misleading name with seafood. It’ll be a delicious mix of blended meat and cream cheese. I have a friend who makes it with smoked trout which is really good

    Actual pate has a similar taste and consistency and tastes great… until you ask where it comes from
