If they were cooked in the same batch its too be expected they all came out the same doneness.
Last time I went to rally I got a chicken sandwich for my wife and it was raw. went back and the manager argued with me saying he cooked it himself. Im like “dude its literally in the bag you can look at it” and he refused. Then I called out his poor leadership skills and lack of accountability in front of his entire team. Dude could have just refunded me 6 bucks but instead made his whole team aware he is a joke.

Popeyes is the most hit or miss chain I have ever been to. I had the best fried chicken sandwich of my life there, then the next time I went the chicken had the strangest squeaky rubber texture. I don’t even know how they did it

This is an actual health hazard! Report them for inspection. I learned this year that in the US it’s legal to sell salmonella infected raw chicken under the justification that cooking it kills the disease. Of course the real reason is because megafarms will profit more by skipping BASIC health and safety standards.

I used to love Popeyes but they are so inconsistent on quality/cook time, raw one time overcooked dry and mealy the next. Switched to “Dave’s hot chicken” better flavor , always good quality, way more expensive, but no food poisoning.

My friend got served raw chicken at Popeyes before too. He didn’t notice until after he ate a few bites. He got violently ill. The thing is, he still liked Popeyes from all his previous experiences, so one day he decided “fuck it I’ll try it again”. He was once again served raw chicken. Poor guy hasn’t been back since.

Wow, I’m surprised to see all the negative comments. We must be really lucky bc our Popeyes are competing at the Chick-fil-A level, and it shows.
I figured all of them had turned things around bc ours used to be absolute garbage dumps that were only popular in poor neighborhoods.
Now sometimes it’s the sandwich I prefer, where CFA and Lee’s are the only ones even attempting to compete on quality and service (Lee’s being a little more spotty).

It’s all timed but I believe you need to let it thaw a little bit before cooking it or simply their freezer is stronger then what the cooking program is used too .
Either way this should be refundable no?
