Mighty bok choi harvest of today from the green house
Winter is slow and with an upcoming trip, we decided to pluk one of these guys to try out before we come back in a month. Small but looking mighty good!

my bok choi bolted on me the second I turned my back to it this past summer, but now I have a gazillion seeds and its for sure going to be a solid early spring green
