**This is a generic reminder message under every image post**

Thank you for your picture post to r/sousvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.

If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.

Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.

    Thank you!!

That’s the leanest wagyu I’ve ever seen.

Hope you didn’t spend wagyu prices on that

Pretty sure you got nicked and nicked proper. That looks like regular angus beef.

For the avoidance of doubt, I know it isn’t wagyu, I also didn’t spend wagyu money on it. This isn’t my first rodeo.

As per the question, I’m asking what you think it might be and how I should cook it.

I would do it like chuck. I would be interested in hearing how it turns out. I have encountered remarkably cheap ground wagyu that was challenging but this looks more straightforward.
