    Pork belly (cut into finger-wide slices)

    Salt

    Black pepper

    Cooking oil

    1 apple (peeled and chopped)

    1 onion (sliced)

    Ginger

    Garlic

    Sauce

    1 spoon yellow wine (or cooking wine)

    1 spoon light soy sauce

    1 spoon oyster sauce

    Black pepper

    1 spoon brown sugar

    Method

    Cut off the white edge of the pork and lightly pound it.

    Season with salt and black pepper, add a little oil, and marinate for 30 minutes.

    Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

    Heat oil and fry pork on medium heat until golden on both sides.

    Add ginger and garlic, then pour in the sauce.

    Add apple and onion, then some hot water.

    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
